Javier has obtained a Master’s degrees in Corporate Taxation (LLM) from Instituto de Empresa Business School (Madrid, Spain). Prior, he received a bachelor’s degree in law from University of Deusto (Bilbao, Spain).
Experience
Javier has led a multidisciplinary practice of tax, consulting and law professionals with expertise in the Digital Economy, having led or coordinated multiple projects across the MENA region.
Moreover, Javier has championed multiple Litigation and policy projects in the UAE.
Before arriving to the UAE, Javier worked in the field of tax and law from different angles – private sector, Law firms and Consultancy firms- in different jurisdictions across the world (Europe, LATAM, APAC).

David is a Spanish lawyer and economist and has obtained a Master’s degrees in Corporate Taxation (LLM) from Instituto de Empresa Business School (Madrid, Spain). Prior, he received bachelors’ degrees in law and business from Universidad Carlos III (Madrid, Spain).
Experience
David has experience in Transactions Tax and International Tax.
He has worked for Big Four companies in Madrid and United Arab Emirates and has more than 14 years of experience.
David has experience in transactions of a variety of sectors, as well as tax and financial modelling, and international tax.
During the last 3 years, David founded a start-up in which, among others, provides tax services to enterprises. These services are focused in the use of tax incentives and tax efficient schemes, as well as international tax.

Experience
For more than 15 years, Laura has developed her career in areas such as commercial and civil law, including litigation, as well as real estate, assisting both national and international clients in many jurisdictions in Europe and in GCC countries.
She has developed her expertise in international law by being part of the International Lawyers Association – ALLIANCE OF BUSINESS LAYERS, of which she is today vice president.
Fluent in Spanish, English, French and Italian.
